Chuck Rudge became Director of Events at the Regional Chamber in November 2023.

His responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of the 100+ events the Chamber holds each year, from planning, logistics and production, to ensuring the greatest experience possible for its members and attendees.

Prior to his role with the Chamber, Rudge was the director of Marketing and Business Development for Park Vista and spent 10 years with Werner Ladder as the marketing services manager. In this role, he oversaw daily operations of the Commercial Marketing Department and was heavily involved with trade shows, special events and Werner’s sponsorship of the NCAA Final Four Basketball Tournament.

Rudge started his career in the sports/event management field as the sponsorship manager and tournament coordinator of the Giant Eagle LPGA Classic when the event was held at Avalon Lakes. Rudge earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Mount Union in Sports Management.

Over the years, he has coached multiple youth sports teams and currently serves on the board of the Boardman Lady Spartans Fastpitch Club.
